The Sanitation Industry which is also referred to as the Trash Bin Industry is widely known for using 6” or 8” Steel wheels on large industrial or commercial containers and bins. The casters are typically equipped with the 6600 Series caster housing which can also accommodate the 6” or 8” Polyurethane wheel material treads on cast iron or steel core centers wheels. Other applications include smaller based OEM equipment which can utilize the 3000 & 5000 Series 3” or 4” Thermoplastic non-marking wheel tread for surfaces such as tile, carpet, wood, and cement surfaces.
